【Instructions】
Using a repair pen can restore small scratches and corrosion to more than 90% of the effect. Instructions for use (the following processing steps are for reference only, and are suitable for situations where the repaired area is not very large):
1. Cleaning: Use soapy water or other supplies to clean the scratched area and dry it.
2. Shake well: Please shake the product well before use (shake up and down about 40-50 times).
3. Painting: First, select the scratched (scratched) part, fill it with a pen, and repeat the application 5 minutes apart, and apply to a part higher than the original car paint surface.
4. Sandpaper: After 2-3 days of drying for the painted parts, during the period (machine washing is prohibited), soak the 2000#/3000# sandpaper in soapy water for 20-30 minutes to make it soft.
5. Water grinding: After the paint is dry, water grinding can be carried out. Use sandpaper soaked in advance to polish in the same direction until the original car paint surface is equal.
6. Confirm the grinding position: Observe the grinding position with naked eyes. ＊Remember not to use excessive force to avoid damage to the original paint.
7. Grinding: Use grinding wax to wipe on a cloth, and grind like a circle.
8. Final confirmation: If the paint surface is uneven after grinding, you can get better results by re-operating.
9. Waxing: Use polishing wax to wipe the polishing wax clockwise on a dry cloth. After the wax is dry for about one minute, dry it clockwise with a towel or cloth.
【Precautions】
● Thoroughly clean up the surface to be repaired before repairing;
●Moisture, oil stains and rust stains are the main reasons for repair failure. Please clean and dry the scratches carefully. For cars that have been waxed or coated recently, it is recommended to use alcohol to remove the wax film to be repaired. Increase the adhesion of the paint film.
●For the bumps and bumps on the bumper, you can use sandpaper or a knife to repair it to make the repair effect even better.
●Coating precipitation will affect the use. Before repairing, shake the paint pen fully, and shake it more than 30 times when you hear the impact of marbles.
●Open the pen cover upright with paint touch-up pen, do not open it in a horizontal state to avoid paint overflow.
●For deeper scars, you can apply it several times with the included brush (interval between 2-3 minutes).
●The repaired area painted directly with paint touch-up pen will be a bit uneven. After the paint film is dry for 2-3 days, use 2000# sand water to smooth it and the effect will be better.
●The spray irrigation combination is a professional spray painting process to repair, the surface is smooth after repair, there is no need to re-grind with sandpaper. The 400#, 800# sandpaper attached to the sprinkler irrigation is used to make the early stage of the scar before repairing
