What are Mobvoi Certified Refurbished Products？
Mobvoi Certified Refurbished Products are pre-owned Mobvoi products that undergo Mobvoi`s stringent refurbishment process before being offered for sale. You will receive a “like new” device with genuine Mobvoi replacement parts (as needed) that has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Every device will come with all accessories, cables and operating systems.

What kind of after-sales service are Mobvoi refurbished products eligible for?
The after-sales service policy for Mobvoi refurbished products is limited to 90 after receiving the product. Warranty claims can be submitted within 90 days of receiving the product. Refurbished products can only be exchanged for refurbished products, not new products. Refurbished products are final-sale only and can not be returned in exchange for a refund.
