* RS485,Touchable screen and bluetooth &function cannot be working/exist at the same time !!!!

* Power display board is not working for lifepo4 4s smart bms !!

* Touchable screen can only review part of parameters but cannot be reset !!!

* Bluetooth app can only review parameters , if need to reset or revise parameters , please use USB to UART(Monitor USB is included in the package) which connect with computer/PC. With UART function  and our program, parameters can be reset !!!!!!!

*Lifepo4 4s smart bms has NO CANbus function at the moment

Please choose HEYO BMS with HEYO accessories to make sure all matched and work perfectly as your expectation.

Customer need to identify the battery's strings/series , then choose the same strings/series of BMS. For example, your battery pack is 24 Strings,then the 24 Strings BMS should be chosen, any other strings/series of BMS like 20S or 15S will NOT WORK; The number of strings/series of BMS is fixed, Non-adjustable once the BMS is shipped out .

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Buying & arriving (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
