This is a Nurse Alarm calling Caregiver System with two nurse Call Buttons and one Caregiver Pager. The Caregiver Pager alarms to choose from and can be carried in a pocket or clipped to a belt. with the press of a button the resident is able to alert caregiver. Attention please, this SC-R16 receiver has the antenna, please pull it out to make the signal better, and the receiver should be charged all the time when you use it so as to make it work normally.

Please note that the receiver need to connect with power adapter(included in the package), do not use battery.

  1. Q: How long is the effective range of the wireless calling system?

A: The effective range is about 500-800m in a clearing, the straight line distance is about 40-60m indoor. And it won’t cause the wrong number; shorten the detection distance, as the time goes on.

  1. Q: How about the receiver couldn’t receive the signal as the large field and long distance?

A: A signal enhance device will solve this problem, and it could be used without adapter.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation
