FAQ:

Does the camera have AP wifi?

Yes, but need to choose the option (add wifi module) just plug the power, don't connect the RJ45 network cable and dont connect the camera to your wifi router, you will check a wifi with name start with IPCam, the password for the AP wifi is 01234567.

What is the default username and password?

Username: admin  pwd: admin

What is the Phone APP?

It is camhi or camhipro, you can check how to config on our bellow description.

When it is on Cruise Scan, if the camera enable auto tracking, will it go back to Cruise Scan after the tracking ended?

No, Scan and atuo tracking cannot work at the same time. But you can set a home position(fixed position) for auto tracking.

will the camera zoom when tracking a porson?

it will zoom to see a person when tracking the man.

home position can be set with zoom lens(like 18X zoom pan 50°, Tilt: -30°)?

pan and tilt  postion is no problem, but if auto tracking is on, it cannot be set on zoom lens, but if auto tracking is it can be set any zoom No.

3 kinds of night visionsetting as bellow

Normal: in the night vision just the  ir leds lights and ircut will switch to Black&White mode

Full Color: in the night vision the white leds will light and ircut wont switch and image will be colorfull

Inteligent: in the night vision, if no motion objects, the ir leds lights and it will B&W Mode,if detects some motion objects, it will turn on white leds and switch to colorful mode

1, Limit position scan

Left limit: set the preset point 9; right limit: set the preset number 10;

Start limit position scan: call preset point 38; Delete limit position scan: set preset point 38;

Scanning speed: set 61 preset point (slowest), 62 preset point (low speed),Preset point 63 (medium speed), preset point 64 (fast);

Auto Scan: Call 39 preset point.

2.Preset point function

Set the preset point: turn to the desired position and enter the preset number (1-8), then click “Setting”key;

Call preset point: Enter the preset position number that has been set, and then click the “call ”key.

3.Cruise scan

Cruise scan 1－8 preset point：Call preset point 41;

Preset point dwell time: Set preset point 51(2s),52(4s),53(6s),54(8s),55(10s);

Delete preset point 1-8:set preset point 41;

4.Home position function

The PTZ camera will automatically rotate to the home position after 3 minutes of uncontrolled .

Enable the home position: call preset point 56; Close the home position:set preset point 56;

Set the home position: turn to the desired position, set preset point 58.

5.Infrared lamp control

Turn on IR LED: call preset point 93; Switch off IR LED: call preset point 94.

6.Auto Human Tracking function

Call Preset 96 to turn on auto tracking; preset preset 96 to turn off the auto tracking

Call Preset  97 to turn on zoom when auto tracking; preset preset 97 to turn off the zoom when auto tracking

7.Other function

Manual homing calibration: call preset point 34; Restore factory: set preset point 40
