We provide 6 months warranty for the phone if the problem is not caused by artificial damage or improper use.All accessories are not in the warranty range.But we offer no guarantee if the customer turns off the phone, ruin the phone or repair it without approval. We will test it can work well before shipping.If there is any problem when you receive it. Please don't do anything with it, but contact with us first.Please show both the IMEI and the phone’s problem clearly in one video.

2. About clearance
