Instructions

1. After power on, the blue and green indicator lights of the charging board flash and then go out, and the charging board enters the standby state.

2. Place the mobile phone with wireless charging function on the charging board, and the LED indicator will show a steady blue light, and it is charging. When the phone is fully charged, the LED indicator turns green.

Notes

Please pay attention to the following issues, otherwise it may cause abnormal charging, high charging temperature, intermittent charging, or even no charging.

1. Please place your phone/watch in the center of the charging area.

2. We recommend that you use QC2.0/3.0 fast charger adapter (9V 1.67A) to charge two electrical devices at the same time. 5V/2A, it can be charged normally, but the charging speed will be slower.

3. The charging distance is 2-10mm, please do not install a mobile phone protective case with a thickness greater than 3mm.

4. The watch has temperature control protection. When the temperature reaches 40 degrees, the charger will automatically stop charging. Until the temperature is normal, charging continues.

5. When charging wirelessly, do not have any metal or magnetic objects within 6cm diameter of the center point on the back of the phone.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
