A: This dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures). Bidding is for one dress only!!!
B: Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.
C:It is very normal to have 1 inch measurement error between the sizes you provide and the sizes of the dress you will receive. This kind of error can not be accepted for any returns or exchanges.
D: Dress Can Be Made in Custom Size, Color.This gown can be custom made according to your measurements. If your measurements are way off my size chart, we are happy to make the gown according to your measurements as long as you agree that final alteration might be needed for best fit. We strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any gown online.

1.what’ the handling time for an order?
Usually it takes 7-15 days for a dress to be ready for shipping, Embroidered and Heavy Beaded dress takes more 5 days . If you need it urgently, Contact us first, we can rush your order.
2.How long time it takes for shipping time?
A:EMS shipping time about 5-10 days. EMS is of strength in the country such as USA,Canada,Australia,Russia,Singapore,UK,France,Netherland,Sweden,Germany,Japan,Fenland,Greece.If you are not in these countries, you would better choose other ship company.
B: TNT or DHL is strength for most of the country all over the world, but shipping cost would be a little higher than EMS. Shipping time usually about 3-5 business days.
3.Do you offer custom made service?
Yes,we do.we can make the dress according to your measurements as long as you agree that final alteration might be needed for best fit.We strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any gown online.
4.Can we chose another color for the dress (design)?
Yes,all colors shown on our pallet are optional for you.PLS tell us the color name or color number from our chart,then we can make the dress in color you prefer.
5.If I send you some pictures to show the design,can you make it for me(us) ?
Yes,we can make the dress according to the pictures you send us.You'd better send us high-resolution pictures with different views,so we can make it as what you expect.
