About Shipment (Important):
1. We will declare $70 by default on the invoice for your parcel to help you avoid the customs duties as much as possible. If you have a better way to avoid that, you can contact us, we will cooperate with you.
2. Customs fee and Taxes are the buyers responsibility, we seller cannot control it and will no be responsible for this, please kindly note about it before you place the order
Usually 98% customers can get the item without Customs fee, so you don’t need worry about it.
If the item has been returned because of the buyer’s refusion to clear the customs or receive the parcel, the shipping postgae and the expensive return fee will be fallen to the buyers responsibility.
3. If your shipping address belongs to remote area in the shipping company’s shipping system, you need to add the remote fee $45 for your parcel delivery or change other better shipping way, otherwise your parcel cannot be sent out. Whether your address belongs to the remote area or not, you can check your address on DHL official website
4. If the parcel has been lost in transit, we will full refund you or send a new one.
5. Please don’t supply PO BOX address, we can’t send the parcel to this kind address.

Return/ Refund
1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return .
3. We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from aliexpress. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
4. Buyer have the duty to check the parcel carefully before signing the parcel. Once the parcel is signed, seller think buyer got the product in well condition.
If buer found the parcel empty after they singed, Seller are not responsible for this. Seller won’t refund buyer and won’t resend buyer a parcel. So the buyer should check the packge before they sign and pick up the packgage. (If the buyer found the package is empty, please refuse to sign and contact us.)

Warranty
1. 12 months Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
