When the two Bluetooth-compatible earbuds can't pair with each other or only one wireless earbud work or can’t connect to your device, How To Reset?

1.Put both wireless earbuds back in to the charging case and close the lid (Power off).
2.Clear pairing record between the wireless earbuds and all your Bluetooth-compatible devices.
3.Take out Earbuds from charging case and double tap the Right earbud touch control position , when two earbuds are flashing blue that meaning two earbud are paired together.
4.Turn on your mobile phone , and then search “J3 PRO”, reconnect to them.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
