1. Mobvoi provides 1 year long warranty and 15 days free return service from the date of delivery.
2. Warranty and return claim won't be accepted with human-made issues.
3. For items with human-made issues or used over 1 year, Mobvoi provides Repair service that is to provide a discount code into buying a new item of the same SKU as original one.
Note:
The waterproof and dustproof grades of the TicWatch are in accordance with IP68. It can be used for water activities in shallow waters such as swimming pools. Not suitable for scuba diving, water skiing, various wading activities and deep water activities with high-speed water.
The following conditions should be avoided:
-Drop, violent shock or strike and violent use.
-Contact with soap or soapy water when washing hands, washing dishes, doing hand laundry, showering or bathing.
