1. Generally Mobvoi provides 1 year long warranty and 15 days return service from the date of delivery.
2. Warranty and return claim won't be accepted with human-made issues.
3. For items with human-made issues or used over 1 year, Mobvoi provides Repair service that is to provide a discount code into buying a new item of the same SKU as original one.
