A: 1. SINOSMART cameras image sensor: Original USA Aptina MT9V136.
2. Lens: full glass lens (4 Layers or 5 Layers), it can work at lower temperature area such as Russia with longer time than plastic lens.

Q: Is it necessary to have 4 pieces LED for camera at night?
A: NO. The MT9V136 Image sensor can work with very low illumination, image will be distorted if there are 4 LED.
The most important problem is that the temperature will be much higher with 4 working LED, which will damage any waterproof material soon. Then water can enter the camera and the image will become unclear.
Q: Can you declare a lower price for customs clearance?
A: Yes, if you need. Please leave message of your requirement when you order. But we have to remind you, if any customs clearance ACCIDENT, we can’t help you.
If the declaration price is too low, the customs may block the parcel and ask you pay more or more documents. Usually we will write a reasonable price for different countries according to our experience.
Q: What is the working voltage of SINOSMART camera?
A: If you choose 6V camera, it will work from 6V to 12V. If you choose 12V camera, it will work at 12V only.
All our universal cameras (with 5mm connector) is with wide input from 6V to 28V.
Q: When will you ship out my camera?
A: All cameras are in stock at least 5 pieces, popular models will have more stock.
Camera orders will be sent out in one working days. If there is any delay, we will leave message to you. The parcel can be tracked 1-4 days after sending out due to processing time of the final carrier.
