Q: There is no signal, how to get it worked?
A: 1. Please turn off FM radio, bluetooth, wifi or other electronic product to avoid the signal interference.
2. Please press the 1st button on monitor or press Video Select on Romote to AV2 which works for wireless camera.
3. Please switch the channel of camera: 2370 by pressing the 2nd button on Monitor or pressing Model Select on Remote.
4. For maximum signal point the antennas towards each other.
5. Keep monitor and camera about 2 meters' distance, or camera and monitor will interfere with each other.
Q: The camera isn't lighted on, is it normal?
A: Kindly noted that this camera is IR camera with infrared sensors.  The LED light will turn red when insufficient light or in the dark.
Q: How can I get it work full time as a security monitor?
A: If you want the camera on full time, please wire the camera to the constant power.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
