2). Videos of the broken bulbs

If  photos are not able to prove the LED lamp are defective, a video is required. Please connect the bulb with a 12V power adapter and show us in the video that you have connected the bulb correctly with the power cords. Thanks.

4. If you are not satisfied with the products, it is ok to return to us within 15 days. We will full refund to you after receiving the return parcel, but you have to pay the shipping charge.

5.If more than 60 days not received your package, please contact us for extend shipment protection. Or we will check whether you can receive package, If not, we will full refund to you.

Noted:  Artificially damaged is not included in the return policy.
