Q:I from USA,can I get UK map?

A:It depend on the memory of the GPS, please contact us before you pay it

Q:Why I can't charge it by PC USB?

A: PC USB port can't offer enough power to the GPS. It only can be charged by car charger or wall charger.

Q:Why the GPS no Sound?

A:Please adjust the voice of sound, and turn off FM.

Q:Why GPS can't get satellites signal at home?

A: It depends on GPS Satellite signal to work, so it only works outdoor., because building cut all GPS signal. We tested every one before we sent.

Q: What is the accuracy of GPS Navigator?

A: It is about 10 meters always. But this should depend on the map data to decide.

Q What's wrong with GPS Navigator, if we found the positioning is not accurate?

A: The normal plane positioning error of GPS Navigator is about 10–20 meters, but, affected by weather, GPS Policy…etc. this data may be bigger. If the map indicates the location is not very accurate, it may be caused by bad signal leads to the delay or the map data deviation sometimes.

Q: How to solve if we found the GPS Navigator search signal turn slow?

A: Please click “setting” in the menu, then click “Restore factory settings”, and click “Confirmation” at last, the system will self resetting after 5-8 minters, and turn back to navigation interface, it will work normally

Q: What factors will affect GPS Navigator receive Satellite signal?

A: 1. Weather factors. Such as sunspots, bad weather (they will reduce the strength of satellite signal)

2. Electrical electromagnetic interference; under shelter (such as buildings, valleys, canyons, tunnels)

3. The windshield insulation film, insulation paper, metal shielding and other ingredients.

Q:Whether I can update the maps in future?

A:Maps is free, but it can't be updated on net. If you need update maps in future. You can contact us to get the link or buy a TF card with new maps.
