FAQ:

How to choose a rear view camera that can be suitable for my car model?

A) According to the main car model, search in the shop, there will be several type of cameras, and then buy according to your actual original license plate/ handle.
B) Or you can measure your size and consult customer service to confirm the camera model.
Tip: because there may be slight differences between cars produced in different countries, please check the size before buying.

After connecting the rear view camera, the screen shows no signal, black screen and no picture, what should I do?

A) Please check your connection, red trigger line should connect to your reverse light and monitor reverse-in cable.
B) Please check your signal format, choose right signal to run the camera.
C) If your monitor has AUX-IN function, you can connect to the AUX-IN.
Tip: CVBS cameras can test the performance on the TV. Universal cameras with 4Pin plugs can only be installed with our cables. You can consult customer service if you encounter any problems during the installation process.

After connecting the rear view camera, the screen shows black and white, what should I do if there is no color?

A) Choose wrong camera system(such as PAL/NTSC) will cause the screen to be black and white. Please select the right system to run the camera and restart the camera power. CVBS camera is NTSC system, AHD1080P camera is PAL system.
B) Please check whether the 6M line is normal, please replace with another 6M cable to test the camera.

What functions do the white and green cables of the rear view camera control?

A) White cable: video signal control
• GFA camera:
( CVBS )+( 1280×720 )+( 170° )
Cut the white cable(reconnect the camera power)→( AHD )+( 1280×720 )+( 170° )
• GAHD camera:
( AHD1080P )+( 1920×1080 )+( 175° )
Cut the white cable(reconnect the camera power)→( CVBS )+( 1280×720 )+( 125° )
B) Green cable: parking line control
Camera with parking line/camera does not display parking line, you can cut the green cable, then reconnect the camera's power supply, that can change the parking line.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
