FAQ:

1.Why the image occurred jitter, splash screen, interference,unstable, Black and white no color when you are reserving?

1) The image becomes black and white color just because you buy a wrong TV system. This camera built in NTSC system as default, if your monitor is PAL system, it will be showed jitter , Black and white no color.

Solution:

a. Please set up the GPS TV system as automatic firstly when using, then see whether it still can set the system. Because there are many monitor with 2 system in market, it can set. But some old-type GPS can’t set. So please choose the right system to fit the camera.

b. Please must check the right cable connection installation.

c. If above solutions still can’t deal, please ask your local professional car staff for help.

2) The image occurred jitter, splash screen, unstable just because the

voltage is lower than we suggest.

Solution:

Different place and using-situation will occurred some of the car output voltage is different. Car reversing is not powered by DC,

it will add a Pulse signal to disturb , so it will unstable .So we suggest you need check the voltage whether as 12V,or please add a delay to use.

2.Can I use the dynamic track rear camera to replace the original camera?

Yes, it can, it support RCA plug. But we suggest you don’t use the original cable, because the line may be different and aging.

3.Does this rear camera still need add something to make dynamic track?

No, it doesn’t. This camera built in dynamic track function, they are the same installation. If your monitor support Video input, it can use.

4.Whether the dynamic track goes with steering wheel or car driving?

It goes with car driving not steering wheel. This rear camera adjust the angle of the track automatically according to the car body moving position ,speed and angle . It generates images through built-in sensors, track is more intuitive and accurate, reversing is more secure.

5.What is the working principle of this dynamic track rear camera?

It built in gyroscope sensor, automatically sensing the direction of the car body, then generate dynamic trajectory to the image.

6.Can I use this universal camera to install on the frame of old split-type dedicated camera ?

Yes, you need loosen two screws of the original camera, take out the small metal holder, then replace the new universal camera .

7.Can this camera install on rearview mirror car recorder?

Yes, it can. As long as your rearview mirror car recorder support RCA plug to input all can use.

8.Can this rear camera use in trunk?

If your trunk is 12V,it can use, otherwise not.

9.How to install?

a. For universal camera, it installs through 2 screws and backrest .it can fix near the location of license plate light.

b. For dedicated camera, it installs in license plate light directly. We suggest you install the camera in professional car modification and beauty shop.

10.Does the universal camera fit for all of car?

Not all. But as long as your car monitor and GPS support RCA plug to input all can use. In industry ,they talked about the “general” as the shape of camera lens does not with restrictions on the type of car, all car can be installed; butCar-specific” camera refers to the size of the lens bracket, it is as same as the reversing license plate light.
