The NOTE Before Using
NOTE 1: The item is just for collecting sound, you will still need another device to make it work. Such as you can use the speaker to amplify and output the sound. And you also can use smartphone, computer or camera to record the sound.
NOTE 2: The recording devices such as smartphones can't output the sound. General smart devices are only used for sound recording or video recording.
NOTE 3: For the better sound, the power of speaker or PA system that you use should be above 100W.
NOTE 4: For laptop and PC, you will need one USB sound card with two 3.5mm jack (include headphone jack and microphone jack), the USB adapter is included in the package.
The problems you may encounter during use has been listed in the user guide. Please read the instruction manual carefully before use so that the microphone can work well with your device.

Question:Can you use this without any other device, but just using to enhance the voice in the room without going through a phone, computer, etc?
Answer:No. It needs to be connected with a phone or speakers. Hope that helps.
Question:Can I use this device to record a video on my iPad? I want to record the subject speaking and also the surrounding area and have great sound.
Answer:Yes. You can use it on your iPad if it has the 3.5mm jack.
Question:Can i use this with a macbook pro?
Answer:Yes, this wireless lavalier microphone can work with a macbook pro. You need to use a USB sound card converter, as described above we have pictures showing how to connect. You can check if you are unclear.
Question:Can this be used on iphone?
Answer:If you want to connect it to iphone 5/6, yes. 7 and above require a Lightning cable. 7/7plus/8/8plus/X have this cable in the iphone's box. Or you can order it from Apple official store.
Question:What is the battery life of the unit when fully charged?
Answer:Transmitter and receiver can be fully charged within 3-4 hours and be used for 6-8 hours. Please use the 5V, 1A-2A charger for charging. The charger is not included.
Question:Is this compatible with smartphones or do I need a different cable?
Answer:Yes. Just plug the mic into it if your smartphone has the 3.5mm jack. If not you will need a 3.5mm adapter cable.
Question:How do I change the wireless channel?
Answer:It's a pity that you cannot change the channel of the wireless microphone.
Question:Must this be use with an external speaker or amplifier? I need it to use for my teaching classes where there is no power source.
Answer:Yes. You have to plug the receiver into an amplifier/speaker if you want to use it for public speaking.
Question:How many transmitters can be connected to a single receiver? This item shows two transmitters for a single receiver. Is more possible?
Answer:This package just includes two transmitters. Only the transmitters and receiver in the same set can be paired successfully. When you buy a lot of sets, please do not mix them.Hope this helps.
Question:Will this output sound through a laptop if used with an adapter? Not trying to record it.
Answer:Select the 'USB audio device' as audio input device, select the laptop or speaker as audio output device. With this setting, you can use your computer to hear sounds from the system or other applications. If you want to hear the sound from the microphone, you need to use software with a monitoring function.
Question:Can the receiver charge while turned on and in use?
Answer:It is not recommended. Please turn off the receiver and transmitter when charging to save battery life. In addition, the receiver and transmitter cannot be used while charging.
Question:Can i plug into an andoid phone for 2 person mike recording when videotaping an interview?
