Operation Steps
1. First plug smart clamp to jump starter, then red & green LED flashlight
alternatively blinking indicates normality;
2. Connect positive polarity (Red clip) of smart clamp with “+” of car battery, negative
polarity (Black clip) with “-” :
Condition A: if the green LED indicator is on, vehicles can be jump started;
Condition B: if the LED indicator is blinking,it means original car battery is dead
without any voltage output,we called open-circuit .please rotate the start-up to ACC
(vehicle is under load) or turn on head lamp, when the green LED indicator is on,
vehicles can be started;
Condition C: if the red LED indicator is on, probably the original car battery was
short-circuit. please disconnect one of the polarities of car battery,then start the
vehicle according to the instructions of Condition B.
3. After vehicles started, unplug clamp from car battery first, then from jump starter.
Fault Alarm
1.Over Discharge
Red LED light is constantly on, buzzer blew at frequency of 1 Hz.
2.Short Circuit
Red LED light is constantly on, buzzer blew at frequency of 3.3 Hz.
3.Reverse Polarity
Red LED light is constantly on, buzzer blew at rapid frequency of 2 short call all the
time.
4.Over Heat
Red LED light is constantly on, buzzer blew at frequency of 2 Hz all the time.
5.Normal
Green LED light is constantly on, buzzer blew at a short sound.
6.Over Charge
Red & green LED lights blink alternatively, standby begins.
7. Not starting
Red & green LED lights blink alternatively, buzzer blew at short rate.
Trouble Shooting
1.Over Discharge
Check the power balance of jump starter is enough or not, re-plug again.
2.Short Circuit
Check whether positive & negative polarities are connecting of short circuit, remove
them & restart.
3.Reverse Polarity
Check whether smart clamp is connected right with car battery, remove them &
restart.
4.Over Heat
Interior temperature of the clamp will increase after cars started over frequently,
stop a few minutes & restart.
5. Not starting
Car load state not reached, please turn on vehicle’s trip computer or headlight.
Notice
1. Judge reverse polarity by the positive and negative polarities of jump starters,
please don’t reverse connect without car battery, or vehicles will burn.
2. Only for 12V vehicles, & input voltage can’t be over 18V, or smart clamp will be
damaged.
3. Please don’t connect with jump starter too long when not used, or power will
lose.
4.Please plug into jump starter first and then to car battery, or false alarm begins
with low voltage.
