How the belt is measured:
The belt is measured from buckle end(not including the buckle) to the first hole and the last hole of the other end. You can wear the belt on hips, normal waist or high waist, please measure the place you want to wear and then order the belt one size larger. You will get fitting size. If you happen to order belt too long, please follow the instructions below to cut the belt to fit. How to trim:
With one hand grab hold on the leather and the other pull and twist the buckle. So it looks like a plus sign. The metal opens like a hinge from the inside, don't force it. Pry open with a small screwdriver or other flat object. Then remove the belt, trim and put it back together. Then press the buckle and rotate it back. It is easy to handle. There are 5 grommets in the belt, so it is ok for you to choose your approximate pant size. The belt is two sides wearable. Both sides are fine made smoothly. They will match your formal dress pants. So it means you pay one belt but get two colors available indeed. Great deal. More attractive is the buckle. I'm 5'5″, 135 pounds, usually a size 6, and I ordered a Medium to wear with mid-rise pants. If I were slightly smaller or wearing a higher rise jean it would probably be too big – so if you're any smaller than I am, a Small would do!
