Q: What’s your Shipping method? Items will be sent by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS Shipping time: TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL 4-7 days This is international shipping. Items will be sent from China to your address. We can fold the robes from the inside to protect the beads or ties. We put the dress in the courier bag. Steam press is recommended after international shipping Q: What’s your MOQ? Do you accept custom-made, do i need to pay you extra cost for it? We do not have MOQ for wedding dresses. We accept custom-made service free of charge, but it will take 15-25 days to finish. You can send us pictures patterns, even sketches of your design of other styles you like, and we would make replicas by your specifications. After finish we will take detailed photos and email them to you to check them advancely, then send the ready dresses to you. If you are not satisfied, we will make modify the dresses until you are satisfied with them. Q: What’s your delivery and payment? We have ourslevfs Factory ,all dresses made After your paid ,It will take 2-4 weeks for few samples, 5-7 weeks for 20-100 pieces regular orders. Q: What if the quality problems occur Who will bear the shiping cost if my dresses need to be modified? If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 14 days for a replacement or money back. Please kindly contact us for the return at first within 48 hours after receiving the item. The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you, has not been altered and has not been worn. If there is any dust, dirty spots, change and so on, we shall not offer refund. We offer FREE REPAIR on your dress! But the postage to send it back and re-shipping cost to you will be both on your account.
