Every Order you could cancel within 24 hours ,but we could not accept the cancelation request after 1 day.
We do standard size usually,but if you need customized size dress,we also could make it ,but need 15 dollars extra for the customzied service ,
and customized dress no refund and return policy .
please leave us your measurments if you choose custom made, please see below measuring instruction.(please choose a close size when you order the dress,
after payments,send your real size to us in Aliexpress message,we will remark your order is custom size not order size)

Return Or Refund
If we send the wrong style or the wrong color, we could refund you money or reship. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
If the items can`t meet your need, we can also accept your return. The courier service freight should be paid by buyer.

1.If you need some of the goods returned, please be sure to keep return goods and accessories intact.
2.You need to take all the necessary logistics costs returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

The European and American countries shipping normally takes 7 to 21 business days. Most of the items will be delivered in 2 weeks , while there will be a delay for something we can not control (such as the bad weather). Other countries and regions usually takes 30-60 days. If it happens, just contact our customer service, we will help you check and resolve any problem.
